Oh my gosh pigeon!! Congrats on making it firmly into the 120s! You've worked so hard for it! Yippee!!

ladyfat nicely done on the drop! You're getting there pound by pound

Theresa haha nice job on the loss! Glad you got to enjoy your cheat meal

I've just been maintaining here for awhile. I know I want to get lower eventually but I finally fit all of the clothes in my closet so I've just been enjoying that and dealing with a move (when did I get so much stuff?!?) I'll be back to losing at some point but I'm really happy to see you ladies kicking butt!!

I read your other thread about struggling with bingeing so that's great you're doing better Nicholsfamily!

I'm back to my lowest adult weight - 137.8! I ate a LOT of sodium today so I'm a bit worried… may cause a bounce back up. I really wish I could not weigh in for say, a week of eating 1200-1400 calories per day, because I would see a better drop if I did that, but alas. I find myself weighing a LOT.

I think you might have confused me with someone, I'm not on Jenny Craig, I just calorie count. Great job on getting to the normal zone (I think BMI 25 counts!).

Hi everyone, I'm chub

I've been lurking around here for a while and finally decided to join with hopes that the active participation will keep me accountable. I'm 5'3" and have been hovering in the 130s for a super long time (currently at 136.2). I'm not unhappy with this weight but wouldn't mind dropping 20 lbs either to get to 115 . My job keeps me fairly active and I exercise regularly but my problem lies in the fact that I don't have any control over my eating. I pretty much eat whatever I crave and don't really give it a second thought until I face the scale. I'm going to be going to a costumed event in 9 weeks so I really have to shape up (literally) and drop those pounds. I'll be checking in regularly to keep myself accountable. Please to meet everyone

Hi chub, welcome! We're pretty close - I was 136.6 today (!! yay) and I'm 5'5". I don't mind this but yeah, I want to drop another 11-15 pounds to get to a slim weight.

Can't believe I'm only 6.8 pounds away from the 120s! That's 7 weeks of -500… very doable! I've also really noticed a difference from switching to consistent 1300-1400ish. I've been able to be more relaxed about exercise but lose more weight, which is great, and I'm honestly not very hungry. I was eating more calories at night, but I've realized I didn't *need* to eat them - I just wanted to have dessert, ha.

Make that 138.2 for me. I went out for food at midnight last night and it totally showed today (especially on my face).
I did get an hour of cardio in this morning and will do a little bit of weights later in the evening. How's everyone's weekend going?

You're very close! I was in the low 120s about a year ago and the thing I liked the most about the change is a slimmer face.i recently saw a friend (roughly my stat) who put on a few pounds and it was noticeable in her face. It made me realize that my face totally showed my gain as well and I need to get on top of that.

Sorry about the confusion. You're doing great. We're exactly the same weight, but I'm only 5'2"

Seems like there's lots of us at 136-137… whoo!

How fast is everyone losing in the 130s? Or should I say - how slow? I'm finding about 2-5 pounds per month is achievable at this weight for me, but I don't want to cut my calories down too far, so that's what I've settled for. At the beginning of my weight loss, I thought 2-5 pounds a month was WAYYYYY TOOO SLOWWWWW and I'd never lose that slowly. Ha.

I'm losing quite slowly now which is not what I expected. I thought it would go a little faster, but I'll take the slow loses over gains. Hope you're all doing well. My weigh in is Friday and I hope to be at a normal BMI. I've got to get 3/4 of a pound off.

Glacial! I've been bouncing between 136-138 for way longer than I would like. I think I'm going to have to decrease my calories down to 1200 for a short time to break through this.

I cut my calories and started working out once I stopped losing. It sucks, but I whooshed today and I'm 135.4!
