  • Thank you Lioness! Luckily where I am the holiday season is shorter, and I've managed to evade the worst of what there is. And congrats to you for maintaining through the celebrations!

I've been at 133 for a couple of days. I'm starting to feel that leaving the 130's will be possible! Perhaps next month??!
  • New to Featherweights but not to 3FC. However, I was finding it hard to find support to get out of the 130s! Glad I found it! I was at 139.0 this morning. 136.0 to be "healthy" according to my BMI. Wanting to get down to 120-125 for maintenance. It was tough getting out of the 140s..it seems the lower I get the more comfortable I get.
  • Sitting at 136.4 this morning.

pigeon - the end of this decade is in sight for you! That's so exciting!! You've done great not getting caught up during the holidays fantastic work!

Hi Joy!! Good to see you again! Glad to see you've been working hard! Congrats on the new decade!
  • Hello there new feather Nicholsfamily1987! We seem to be the same height. It's too easy indeed to get comfortable now!

Doing good Lioness, not a long way to the lower half of the decade!

I was at 132.0 today, after some absolutely terrible TOM bloating. I got all the way up to 137 Even knowing it was water weight, it totally ruined my day LOL!

It's really cold where I am right now (-20 celsius) and I had to get me a new winter coat... from a charity for 8€, a really cool designer coat that claims to be size 4 o_o I don't believe that for a second, but I have a good reason to stay on my planned diet and exercise to wear it! It could perhaps work a bit better if I was a tiny bit smaller too so....
  • Said goodbye to TOM and said hello to 135.2 staring back at me from the scales.
I think I should be seeing some drops now that the last bit of holiday food is finally gone (we have an early January birthday in the family which led to extended treats). When I calculated my intake for each week, it looks like I should have seen a small drop each week of December. I did not thanks to all of the carbs and sweets that hold water lol but I'm interested to see where my weight settles out this week. I think I'm seeing some of the loss that happened last month this week... If that makes sense?

Oh pigeon that's way too cold!! Brr! Hope you're keeping warm with soups and the like! Way to go on the 132!!! That's wonderful! I completely understand about the TOM bloating - it's awful to see on the scales!
  • I saw 134.2 today on the scales!!
Now time for my morning coffee on this chilly day!
Hope you ladies are having a nice start to your weekend!
  • TOM is right around the corner. So yesterday and the day before were higher days. This morning I seen 137.6 on the scale. I weighed in an hour later than normal though. I'm hoping to see 137 tomorrow morning also. 136.0 = a healthy BMI number for me which is definitely a milestone. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Weekends are so much harder than weekdays!
  • That's so great Lioness! Way to go!

Man, that "normal BMI" weight will feel good, Nicholsfamily1987! Good going!

I was at 130.8 this morning, but I had a bit to drink on the weekend so I suppose I'm still dehydrated. Drinking water and taking it easy now and hoping the number won't bounce too much tomorow.
  • Thanks pigeon!! And oh my gosh! You are right on the border! Great job on that low number I hope it sticks for you!!

I was at 133.2 which puts me solidly in the lower half of this decade

Edited to add:: oh my goodness! This means I officially hit my mini goal!!!
  • Hit normal this morning! 136.0! Super excited. I would like to get down to 119-120 and bounce between that and 125...but it all really depends on how I look..because most of it is vanity weight now. I don't want to look sick.
  • 134 today
  • Welcome skittles!

I'm sitting at 132.4 this morning
  • I just hit 139.8 this morning so I'm headed over here! I might bounce up past the border again a bit, but otherwise, I'm ready to experience the 130s!

I feel like I may be less anxious/racing to get there now that I'm finally in a getting out of the 130s thread. Since my first weight loss attempt (which turned into a restrict/binge eating disorder, which put 20-30 pounds on my natural frame, and then some when I got older) I haven't dipped into the 130s. So all of these weights (139, 138, 137, 136, … and so forth) are my new "low adult weight" and haven't been seen before. Whereas 193-145 was very old hat for me. So hopefully I'll be content to take it slow with my 300 to 500 calorie deficit and mosey on out of the 130s!
  • YAY Ladyfat!
  • 136.6 this morning! Up .6 pounds but hoping to see it go away by the morning! I got two workouts in today and stayed at 1250 calories! **Fingers crossed** Goal weight for the month is 135 and I'm only one pound a way from it..so maybe I can surpass it!
