I had a 2-1/4 lb. gain when gone for 10 days visiting family. I ate what I wanted, when I chose and as much as I wanted to. Now I've been back 1 week, I lost 1/2 lb. It's so easy to gain and takes so much longer to lose, but I'm back on my eating plan.

I'm bouncing around 139 - 140 and it's driving me NUTS.
How many calories do you ladies eat? I eat 1200 and before I was losing 2lbs a week, now it's more like 2 lbs a month!
After weighing in Monday morning at 140.2..I am back down to 136.8! Yucky ol' water weight! But I am glad that is what it was! Ready to get in the 120s!
