Congrats getting through!
I exercised extreme yesterday and the typical thing happened when I exercise:
1) I get ravenous and COMPLETELY overeat afterwards and all day long
2) I puff up like a Ball Park Frank
So I'm up a pound this morning
I'm going to give it 3-5 days, but like I said, if my weight starts going up or I don't lose, I'm going to cut out the major exercise, until I lose the fat, then tone up afterward. Not ideal, but my reality.
