  • Thanks kifli, stuck around 133, ugh. I don't know what p90x lean is but I have p90x. It's pretty cool. I can never stick with anything for very long though because I have a friend that I weight lift with and zumba and bootcamp classes that I like to go to, so I have never done a full program. A bit of p90x, piyo, combat (and I still have more to try actually).

  • Yeah....126.5 this morning. Finally getting close to where I started, before the exercise with resulting binge happened. Plan on cutting calories today (fingers crossed) and getting this back in the bag.

    Skittles - Glad to see your numbers going back down. Hope you were able to see your doc.

    Amethyst - P90X lean, is P90X, but just a different sequence geared supposedly for weight loss. That's probably true for most people, but for me it caused that hunger hormone to kick in and I gained! I LOVE Zumba and weight lifting. I was doing that before and then started up home videos. After I lose the fat, I'm going to return to doing those at my local gym. Sounds like you get a nice mix of things I know it sucks to get stuck at a number. I got to a point where I could not get below 133 and toggled b/w 133 and 137. Just hang in there, it will come eventually. Diet alone is what finally got me down. I just had to cut calories for a while. Anyway, it's admirable you are even attempting it while being in school. I remember just giving up in grad school b/c I was so busy I didn't have time to care, lol. It's just temporary

  • Thanks im a bit nervous but Tuesday can't come soon enough.im kinda proud because I will have lost almost 10lbs since being told I couldnt go to the gym

  • i weighed in this morning at 132 that offically puts me at a healthy bmi.i still feel like i need to lose lots more weight though lol.
  • Skittles, I lose MORE weight when I don't exercise. Not condoning that or anything But you are doing great even without the exercise! 132...yay! Healthy BMI...yay!

    I cut calories yesterday by 200, but still 126.5 today. Going to cut again today.

  • Holding steady around 137/138. Finding my balance again between healthy eating habits and indulging. Life is good.
  • I hope by running again and doing classes my body will tone up.

  • Haha Skittles, I'm ALL about cheat days! The problem is I have too many 'unplanned' cheat days, so I have to eliminate the planned one. I just got done with a late night chocolate attack. I was supposed to do 1050 cals today, but ended up with 1635. Now we are going on a 4 day ski vacation tomorrow, so no weigh ins and home-cooked meals. I'm going to do my best to hang on to my 126.5. I do great when I stay on plan, but I just go through periods where my will is weak. I was following a self-written menu plan last month. Maybe I will revert to that when I get back next Tuesday and schedule in a 'real' cheat day

    I hear you about toning up...it's feels so good to do exercise and see the results!
  • Have fun on your vacation.i hear skiing burns tons of calories. I'm 131 today.that means im down 40lbs yay me.tomorrow I'll take progress photos and measurements .i just wish I had started earlier I only have 2 other photos to compare to.
