Hi everyone! First time featherweight poster here. But I can't contain my excitement anymore!

Today the scale read 140.6!! Yayyyy!! I just CAN'T WAIT to join you all in the 130's hopefully in the next week or so!

For the past month, I've been dieting and exercising, but the scale has been stubbornly stuck at around 145. In the past few days, it's really started to go down. Anyone else experience something like this? Delayed gratification, but it feels great!

Welcome, Omnomgirl, and congratulations! It sure is nice to see efforts pay off, isn't it? Thanks so much for sharing your success - it really encourages the rest of us to keep on "working our tails off," so to speak!
