Amethyst - I took a few days break at Christmas and now I am having a terrible time getting back into it. There were a lot of high calorie snacks, desserts and leftovers from Christmas and I have been tempted every time I get hungry. Thankfully it's almost gone and I finished off the chocolate cream pie this morning for breakfast...590 cals a slice :/ Unbelievable.
128 this morning, but feeling thankful it's not higher.
Yes, only 1 pound up. We went to a Mexican restaurant tonight per the 6yo's request. I ate only a half portion, but the salt gets me every time. We shall see tomorrow the damage done. I will go grocery shopping tomorrow, so that I can get back on planned meals. I'll be joining you again, in this weight loss mission

good job on having half a portion. I don't think i could at a mexican place based upon previous experience lol. Salt water retention isn't really weight gain though, so you should lose it quickly enough.
Good job with the holidays, ladies I have a NYE party to attend tonight, but I weighed in this morning at 126.2. Funny how I was supposed to be maintaining at 130... but I guess there's plenty of time for maintenance later. I've been having fun celebrating with friends and family.
I'm afraid of the scale after today. I binged big time. I will not be weighing and will be fasting tomorrow and the next 3 days. I don't know if I'll do a liquid fast or just a 500 cal fast

I got pretty lucky considering the way I ate last week! 127.5 today
I do 500 calories. I either eat small amounts all day or try to eat from say 2 on but I don't have a set eating window. I am going to try a liquid f(e)ast for a longer period. I anticipate I will be putting more calories in my body but the lack of food is supposed to be easier on digestion.
I thought today was a fast day but then I looked at all the things I absentmindedly nibbled on. At least it was healthy. I have 4 lbs to lose again. Some of it is probably bloat as that is a lot to gain in a week, even with the bingeing I did, and I found out I was eating something with barley malt in it (so not gluten free). That might take up to a week to get out of my system so let's hope next week I weigh in at the 120s again.
