Tuesday, January 24, 1012 -- 155 -- Wow, lost a pound unusual for me, I must be doing something right
January 25: 200.6 (-5.4/-5.4)
February 1: 198.0 (-2.6/-8.0)
February 8: 198.6 (+.6 /-7.4) -->VIP Superbowl Party with unlimited drinks and food all weekend. Back on track now.
February 15: 193.6 (-5/-12.4)
February 22: 194.8 (+1.2/-11.2) ?? I worked out and ate healthy. Oh well, pants fit better. Keep going!

May 8 2013: 159.0 (-19/-47.0) Well, it's been a year and while I'm not at my goal yet, I've definitely been making slow and steady progress. I'm glad I started all that time ago and after 47 pounds, people are finally starting to say that I look thin, haha. 20 pounds to go. Keep it up ladies!

I usually weigh in on Tuesday, because of fosomax on Sat or Sun or Mon. (I should use the same day every week, and I try, but because I also take synthroid and it has to be taken four hours before the fosomax, I often get off.)
