Starting weight: 206lbs. January 25: 200.6 (-5.4/-5.4) February 1: 198.0 (-2.6/-8.0) February 8: 198.6 (+.6 /-7.4) -->VIP Superbowl Party with unlimited drinks and food all weekend. Back on track now. February 15: 193.6 (-5/-12.4) February 22: 194.8 (+1.2/-11.2) ?? I worked out and ate healthy. Oh well, pants fit better. Keep going! I'd like to join in.
I usually weigh in on Tuesday, because of fosomax on Sat or Sun or Mon. (I should use the same day every week, and I try, but because I also take synthroid and it has to be taken four hours before the fosomax, I often get off.) Jan 24: 135 |
I'll join! I love to see changes over the weeks. It keeps me from being tempted to check every day or a few times every day.
