I keep coming back to this thread, as it is interesting to see my whole YEAR's progress. I guess it has been good overall so far. Lots of ups and downs. I can't believe the last time I came here was July!!
Jan 2 to Feb 6 - fluctuating between

145.6; have a cold and things are not going well
Feb 27 - skipped due to illness; didn't want to know the damage!
Mar 5 - 144.4
Mar 12- 144.4 again! such amaaaaaaaazing progress 
[... long lapse of sloppiness. The highest number I saw was
146 but I wasn't weighing regularly]
May 1 - 143.0; I have made a COMMITMENT in May to get out of the 140s. We'll see!
[... lots of diddling around, slip-ups, maintaining in the low-mid 140s. FINALLY got SERIOUS about diet the last week in June and started to see some downward motion...]
July 11 - 139.8; The last time I saw something in the 130s was last Halloween day. Took me long enough. Now just 5 (or 10 or 15...) lbs to go!!
[Rest of summer.... got as low as 135 but had a lot of bad behaviors surface and bounced around the mid-upper 130s]
Sept 30 - 140.0; yes after staying below 140 for the whole summer, I ate my way back up.
Oct 2 - 137.4; back on track. Let's see how October ends up.
