I have a male friend who just lost 20 pounds following the 'Dolce Diet 3 weeks to shredded'.
He started out at 233.
I'm starting at 136
Does anyone know if this diet works for women who only have about 15-20 pounds left to lose? It's a higher protein diet with lots of fruit and veggies.
I read it may be about 1000 calorie intake which is low anyway. So I'm sure I would lose some. Just wondering if any women have tried it.

I'm sticking to my current plan...but will keep this one in mind. I do better if I follow a 'plan' that tells me what to eat that day. When it's up to me, I fail miserably.
