Stay Strong Ladies! Unless you live in a bubble, you are pretty much going to be surrounded by tempting food more often than not. Just do your best to keep in mind what is good for you and try to make that your priority.

I have been doing okay this week. I have been trying to incorporate new food items in my diet. Today I had nuts with my salad instead of meat. I missed having something hot for supper but otherwise I feel satiated. My calorie total was near the same as usual so I don't know if it will actually help with weight loss.

Ugh- just ate bar nachos for dinner after spending an hour at the gym. I feel so sick I upped my weight on my ticker because I really have gained 5 lbs... I gotta get my self under control!

Terapet - you're right there will always be temptation I just gotta learn how to deal with it.

I am sensing a loss of momentum here girls. Am I wrong? Let's go, let's go, let's go. Spring is in the air. I often use cute clothes as a motivator and that is probably a bigger deal for you young ones if you want to rock your short skirts and such.(Although in my opinion, girls always look pretty-enjoy your youth!) Eat your fruits and vegetables, exercise and keep up the good fight.

Okay, my momentum faltered to an extreme! There are only a few days left in March and even though I am not going to reach my goal, let's all finish the month strong! We can do it!

My motivation for exercise has been flagging. I'm not sure why but it might be my new meds. Or maybe I just go in cycles and I never noticed before. My eating has been on point though.
