New low of 133.8 this morning, despite having a rough week workout wise...but I've managed to stay on plan with my eating.

You're not that far away though, and I can cheerfully say I've been bouncing around the lower end of the 130s for a while, and I know just how frustrating it can be to see the numbers so close to 130 and then just under every so often. :) You'll definitely get there though! :hug:

Wellll... I changed scales. and was offplan. So life sucks. But I hope to join this thread again soooooon! I was here before while I shouldn't have been. My scale was super off. Hope to join you guys in a week or so!

Philana, we all get off track once in awhile but it is so important not to beat our selves up over it. Great to see you getting back on plan so quickly :) You'll be back here before you know it!

Hi everyone, hoping I can tag along here! I reached my goal of 130 a couple of months back, but shot up 10lbs with constant bingeing :( I want to be back at goal by May 16, so it would be great to post with you guys as I try to make my way back!

So I guess I was carrying some weekend water weight yesterday (day 1) ... down 2.4lbs to 135.2!

congrats on the weight lost. We women have to deal with the water weight, it can be a pain at times and sometimes de-motivating when you have worked your butt off and see no change. I've learned to just be patient and the scale will move. I'm a scale addict :o which isn't a good thing but I'm working on it. I'm down to 144 and will be in the 130s by Easter so I'm not far off from joing you ladies.

Still in the 129s this morning, but not likely to drop any lower for another week or two, so here's hoping I move firmly into the 120s pretty soon. I like to have that bit of wiggle room to have a nice meal out! :D

I officially hit 132 last night. I had hoped to get to goal by the end of March, but it will be impossible for me to lose 5 lbs in 1 week. That being said, I'm pretty happy with what I have done this month which is a little less than 5. Boy these last few pounds are slow going.

Hey all!

I've been lurking for a while and decided to join you guys to keep me motivated. I'm so glad to finally be in the 130s! Just this morning, I hopped onto the scale expecting to read 141 but I miraculously dropped to 139.8! It's only .2 less than 140 but that "3" really made me happy. Let's hope that number doesn't spike back up...

Anyway, I'm excited to go through this journey with you all!

Congrats Jenny!! As you see I'm at 141 and hoping by the end of the week to be at 139. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week. Hey you are in the 130s and that is something to be proud of. I'm getting excited to see that I'm getting closer and closer to my goal and if I keep with everything by mid-May I should reach my goal, right in time to show off my new figure and MAYBE have the courage to wear a bikini..

Hi All,

I'm new and didn't want to read all 8 pages before posting so I apologize for that. I have been stuck in the 130's for what feels like FOREVER!!!!!!!!! I am sooooo plateaued it is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't seem to get out of the high 130's. Sigh.

globetrotter74, thanks for the support. I'm in the same boat as you - my ultimate goal is to reach a comfortable weight by mid-May so that I can feel confident in a bikini. I also run competitively, so since official training starts in the summer, I'm trying hard to lose the weight so that I'll be faster.

This morning's weigh-in was 139.4 lbs. Phew, it looks like I'm staying in the 130s for now! Unfortunately, I weighed the same yesterday, but I'm hoping it's just water retention...

I wasn't able to get out of the 130's, so I took a break and I am starting fresh. This is the hardest part of my challenge so far.

I've been at 139 for 4 days now, so I'm going to say I'm officially in the 130's!!! When I started this journey the thought that I would ever weigh less the 200 pounds was a complete fantasy - the fact that I'm in the 130's is surreal.

By the way, I will be totally cheating in this decade because I just scheduled skin removal surgery for 4/18!!

Wow, congratulations on the 100+ lb weight loss, CherryPie99!

After a few fluctuations, instead of weighing myself every day, I think I may do it every other day or just twice a week. Seeing the scale number move up is a bit frustrating, and weighing less frequently will give me a better idea of where my weight is going.

Wow CherryPie what a great story and you are an inspiration to those out there who think they can't do it.

I don't think skin removal is cheating it is necessary for you and most definitely you will go down in weight.

I'm almost there in the 130s but will wait until after TOM is gone and weigh myself next week..

New unofficial low this morning of 130.9. Tomorrow is my official weigh in though, so this doesn't technically count, and I kind of like to stick at the same number for a few days before I call it, but this was pretty exciting.
