Well....I didn't start this journey as a featherweight, that's for sure. But nearly 80 pounds down, I tiptoed into the 130s yesterday and stayed there this morning. Getting out of the 140s has been an 8 week battle - the slowest yet of this journey. My initial goal weight was 135, so I'm hoping to reach that and then reassess for a lower goal weight of 125. I have a large frame, despite being 5'0 tall, so I'm not quite sure what my ideal weight should be.

- My body drops the weight in weird intervals or so. I was stuck at the 138-139 for 2/3 weeks, and then within a matter of 2 days went to 132-133. And now I am sitting here for a week already. While my deficit would warrant atleast some loss. I know in a week or more, I'll probably drop down to 128 just like that. Weirdness. |
I have a similar experience, I inch along for a week or 2, go up one week a smidge and then blammo, down again significantly so usually.

I tried weighing myself on my digital scale and my parents old dial scale...I'm 133 on their scale and 132.2 on my scale, so I'm calling it 133. My mom made granola last night, and she must have put in less brown sugar than she normally does, because it barely tastes sweet and is AMAZING! My dad doesn't like it so...more for me! One more food to be careful around, but I figure a few spoonfuls a day won't kill me >__>; |

My scale said 131.2 this evening....
WTF? I started my diet on Jan 16th and I've lost 14 pounds since then?? I'll see what I weigh tomorrow morning, and keep working on my weights...I hope that none of the weight I've lost has been muscle =l |

135 here, after a big drinking fest yesterday, LOL. And even I am sure I will see 129.5 this week. I am just gonna go nuts the rest of the week. It must happen.

Everyone cross your fingers. If I hit 137 today it will be 30 lbs lost since joining WW and 55 since I started this journey, and exactly 10 lbs from goal.

I weighed in at 130.8 this morning o_o Despite my mini-binge yesterday.
I really am thinking that I need to up my calorie intake, especially re: protein. |
Look at us go! :D I decided to move my goal. I've always been pretty happy at or below 128 but since I'm less muscular than I have been in the past, I'm thinking I could push a little more. With my body type I wouldn't look too skinny unless I got significantly under 110. Let's just see how this goes - today is one of those "anything seems possible" days!

A new low of 138 yesterday morning, but bounced back up to 138.4 this morning. I would LOVE a big whoosh soon...these last few pounds are slow moving!

Well I just made it to the 130s but I'm wanting down to the 120s, so here I am! Staying somewhere around 1500 cals/day and running 3x week. I often eat back some of my exercise calories too :0

I have been weighing in daily at 135.4 since last Friday but my official weight watchers weigh in which is in the evening was 136.6 good enough for a 2 lb loss and hitting 30 lbs since rejoining ww.

I bumped up to 136 after 2 weeks off plan, finally back down to 134 -- but before I am out of these 130s.. gosh. I hope this month, but who knows!

133 today :) Hoping to see the 120's before my vacation to Cancun mid April.
Just noticed I have now lost 70 lbs, I have been so focused on getting into the 120's I wasn't paying attention to this number! |

LOL when I tried to "get out of the 120s" I did NOT mean "and into the 130s!".
Time to get UNDER the 130s and 120s for good. =) I'm so serious. |
