So today was my weekly weigh-in, and I GAINED a pound! I didn't do anything wrong, ate the same way I always eat, and had a pretty good week for exercise. But it's too disheartening to change the number in my signature, so I'm just going to leave it, until I relose the pound. :-/
I'm going to be away next Saturday, so I have to decide if I will weigh myself Thursday, before I leave, or just wait 2 weeks.

I'm sure if you stuck to plan then it's just water weight. Don't be disheartened, I tend to fluctuate between 1-2 ibs normally anyway.

Pounds are coming off reeeeeeealllly slowly now, though.

Gained a couple of ibs on holidays (it happens!) but been an angel all week, will weigh again next week. Hopefully this next couple of weeks I'll see >112!
Oh my God, I am so very happy to be able to finally post in this thread! I kept eyeballing the link when I was posting my weight in the 120's thread.
Yesterday morning, I weighed in at 119.4 and despite celebrating my and my boyfriend's anniversary with pizza and tiramisu (in very small portion sizes), this morning I was 119.2. So, I'm barely squeaking into the 110s, but I'll take what victories I can get.
I have made a pact with myself to lose four pounds by 9/1. I have a wedding to go to and then a trip to the beach. I'm grateful to be able to say that since Monday I have waited to eat until I was hungry and haven't over eaten. It's amazing what a difference that makes in how I feel. Meal by meal, I'll make it to my goal!
Good morning all! I don't have a goal to leave the 110's, but I'm shooting for a low of 115. I hit 119 a couple of weeks ago, but then shot back up to 121.
I was 119 yesterday and 118.1 today, so I think I am officially a teenager!
Stayed the same last week, but lost a pound and a half this week. Yay!
That's fantastic you're doing so well! What's your secret? Haha!
I've been stuck on a post holiday plateau for the last couple of weeks- saw 118 again!!!! I started calorie cycling and after two weeks I finally saw 111 yesterday. It's unofficial so I'm not changing my ticker but this calorie cycling malarkey seems to be really working for me!
