I finally started losing again when I upped my calorie intake! I was around 1300 and now I'm shooting for about 1600. I don't really plan on losing much more weight. At this point, I'm just trying to make this into a habit so the weight doesn't come back on.
Hi everyone! Hope you don't mind me ducking into this thread. I'm 5'0", so a shortie!
My weight was steady 112-110 for a good month or two. Then I went through a depression (personal issues), stopped eating, and started dropping again. NOT a healthy way to lose weight, but it made me realize I didn't have to be stuck at 110 forever.
So now I am calorie cycling: some very low days (-1,000 calories, not counting wine lol), some medium days, and one or two big days (2,000+ calories). It seems to be working, and I'm down to 105.
My initial goal when I started my weight loss journey was 104. But now that I'm close, I'm still not really happy with the way my body looks. Too much extra fat in places where I can't stand to see it. So I am thinking 102 might be the sweet spot for me.

Haha those 2-3 lbs matter so much when you are short !

Calorie cycling is exactly what I do, I alternate between low, med, and high calorie intake. But I did notice that I am not losing more than 2 lbs a week and I do light exercise when I have enough time. I have 3 kids so not much free time for me
Wow, Girl81, that's impressive!! And Belmagick--you are SO close to goal!!!
Today I exchanged a pair of size 10 shorts that I bought 3 months ago, but hadn't worn yet, for a size 6. Yay!
That's amazing! well done. This summer will be the first summer I'm brave enough to wear shorts.
And Thank you! It's taken me over a year and now I'm getting a little closer to goal, I'm getting a bit excited but I don't think it will be for another few months. I'm a slow loser with a bit of a sweet tooth!
If I can share in your celebration, It's been 112 for me for the last week too! 112 was my original goal so I'm really happy to have made it this far. Just another 7 vanity ibs to go

Congrats to the both of you! I finally made it over that pesky 115lb hump and am hoping it will be nothing but smooth sailing to 105lbs.
