just found this thread and i'm finding tons of useful information. a little about me, i'm 25 and trying to lose the last 15-20lbs. im at about 139-141 now and hoping to get between 120-125. i'm 5'2" and still feel like i've got a lot of excess fat, especially around my stomach and upper arms. i really need to work on toning. i started my journey with mrc, lost about 30lbs. then i started just watching what i ate while still doing low carbs and working out. i work out 5-7x a week, but i've really been slacking on the weights. i know i need to do that to firm up my arms. i may have to start calorie counting to get the rest of this weight off, it just keeps getting more difficult the lower i get. how many calories does everyone aim for, and if you work out do you eat more?

Welcome to the thread. I've realized that it's way harder to drop from 150 lbs to 140 lbs than it was to drop from 190 to 180.
My trouble is that I don't really calorie count. I just watch what I eat and work out at least every other day. This fluctuates if I go out for a night with friends or something. So my levels of food consumption stay the same regardless of whether I've exercised that day or not.
