Well, I am today adjusting my goal from 143 down to 140, as I have lost 5.6 in the last week!
Although I know it will slow down now, so I think 140 is doable.
How is everyone else doing?
Wow, Robsia! Congratulations! How did you manage that big of a loss in only one week? I have to steal your secret!
I'm still at 129. I swear, even when I'm not on a plateau, my weight loss has been at MOST a pound a week. *sigh* I'm in a place now where I'm not eating junk, I'm eating all good, whole foods, and I'm keeping my portions under control, but I'm not actually paying much attention to the composition or timing or actual calorie content of my meals. I'm working out like crazy, though, because I love it and it's easier to track than calories. If my weight loss is continuing to be slow, does that mean I actually have to pay attention to calories to see any effect? Ugh, I just find calorie counting so boring.
I think it was my first week properly back on my diet after NY and Christmas, and the weight had gone on quickly, I was 144 before Christmas, so it came off quickly.
Although I was surprised at HOW quickly.
I have halved my coffee consumption from 6 mugs to 3 a day and my cals average at 1270 per day, so not stupidly low.
Just under 4 weeks til Valentine's day... So I have a pound a week to lose to reach my goal of 132. I totally think that's do-able
Anyone else going to be spending Valentines day as a singleton? If I reach my goal of 132, I'm going to do something nice for MYSELF. Maybe get my hair done or something
I want to hit 122 for Feb. 10 which is when I head out for my Seoul trip. Something's got to give though, I still haven't gotten below 125.7 post-vacation (on Dec. 24 I weighed 123.5, boy that was nice). TOM this week and I think it will be easier to control myself in the coming weeks.
I am shooting for 143. I won't be super shocked if I don't make it because I have been losing very slowly, but if vday rolls around and I am at or below 145 I'll be thrilled! I weighed in earlier this week at 146.2.
I hope by Valentine's Day, I'm shooting for 154. I don't know if I'm ready for ten pounds, but I think I can do more than 4-5! So around 7 is good for me!

I've gotten a bit off track but hope to be able to get close if I buckle down the next few weeks. I also sort of set my own date of Feb 19th instead of the 14th as 1) It's a Saturday and 2) It's my anniversary. : ) So an extra 4 days for me!
Today is going well so far, I had a great 20 minute run at lunchtime, 2.5 miles of walking around town so far (and might get another .5 mile in if my other half doesn't pick me up from the train after work), and I am at about 960 calories for the day, so lots left for dinner tonight.
Fingers crossed that I can break this plateau and really see some pounds melt off by V Day.
I feel like i've been so stuck for this past month. I started out at 142 and my goal was 135 for V-day. Right now I'm at about 139-140. I don't know if I can loose 5lbs by V-day. I know its possible in the almost 3 weeks left but I feel like I haven't been able to get control of my eating properly. I just need to stop eating!!!
