Valentine's Day will be my first day home from my cruise. Therefore, my goal for Valentines Day is to weigh exactly what I do now—a really hard goal for me because vacations so tempt me with food. But, if I can do it? Then I will commit to losing three more pounds to get to 105 by St. Patty's Day.
I would like to see 125 atleast if not lower by Valentine's day. I had a major set back at Christmas gaining 4.5 lbs back and have had to re-lose those to get back to where I was before. I just want my clothes to fit properly again!
I'm up about 4 lbs since my birthday (Christmas Eve) after 10 days of nonstop inhalation of bread, cheese, chocolate and all that stuff you can get in Europe that you can't get in Japan. I'm cool with that, but I'd like to get serious about returning to a better fitness level and dropping some more pounds.
my vday goal is to be somewhere under 135, even if it is just 134! i am bouncing between 140-142 now, saw 139.5 last friday and was really hoping i would be back there again today
My goal for Valentine's Day is to be 140lbs so a loss of 9-7 lbs in 6 weeks. I managed to lose around that for my Christmas goal so I think I can do it if I really buckle down and get tough on myself.
This was not a good week for me. I got back up to 150, not very happy about that but as of this morning back down to 148. My new work schedule is killing me. I joined a vanpool and I now have to get up at 5:30 in the morning which is way too early for me. It's still pitch black outside when I meet the other riders at 6:45 am. I'm so tired by the time I leave that I haven't been very motivated to go the gym. I'm going to keep giving it a try, the vanpool and the gym that is. But if I find that this vanpool is ruining my physical activity too much then it's worth the extra cost of the gas for me. I was running in the morning before work which was so much easier than after work.
Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum (well...I say new, but I was here a few years back!) And I think a valentines goal is a great way to start! I hope you dont mind me joining in! Im currently 139 and would love to be 132 by V Day! Cant wait to hear how everyone is doing

We leave for our week long ski vacation on February 12th, so that's my 'goal' day. So I have about five and a half weeks. My lowest weight I've seen recently was 122.2, but I was pretty dehydrated. Since I'd rather fall short and hit 119 instead of falling short of 119 and stay in the 120's, I will make 117 my goal. Eek. Then I will have to figure out maintenance.
My goal will be 127lbs. (Rather, 126.9.) That would mean I'd HAVE to break my plateau. I don't know if it'll happen or not, but I'll be over the moon if it does. (I have no idea how you other ladies are able to lose weight so quickly and have such large goals!!)
However, when I looked back at my 2011 weight loss spreadsheet, I was 147 at New Year 2010 - so only 2 lb heavier than last year.
But I am determined to really get down to it this year. Got married in July at 138 and came back from honeymoon at 144 in August and basically just messed about from August to December without really losing any weight.
This year I want to get back into all those cute clothes I wore the year before when I hit 129. OMG I can't believe I am 20 lb higher than my lowest weight!!
So, my Valentines day goal is 143 - I am planning on losing 1 lb a week, which is realistic I think.
