Wow, Robsia! Congratulations! How did you manage that big of a loss in only one week? I have to steal your secret!
I'm still at 129. I swear, even when I'm not on a plateau, my weight loss has been at MOST a pound a week. *sigh* I'm in a place now where I'm not eating junk, I'm eating all good, whole foods, and I'm keeping my portions under control, but I'm not actually paying much attention to the composition or timing or actual calorie content of my meals. I'm working out like crazy, though, because I love it and it's easier to track than calories. If my weight loss is continuing to be slow, does that mean I actually have to pay attention to calories to see any effect?

Ugh, I just find calorie counting so boring.
