Check out Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred. It's a 25 minute workout that will kick your BUTT. It's about $9 on amazon and probably around $11 at Target or Walmart. You need hand weights (or soup cans, bottles of water, etc) and an exercise mat if you are on a hard surface (I've done it on the carpet in a hotel room before).
She is a good motivator, the exercises are designed to get results, and everyone has 25 minutes.
I love this dvd and I find that when I'm working so hard that I want to die, I know that there isn't that much left and that I can finish it. Try it! If you don't like it, you can sell it back on amazon/ebay, etc
