As per usual I've gone a bit AWOL. Adjusting into single life has meant me throwing myself into 'activities' which luckily has been mostly the gym.
Thought I'd do an assessment and see what I can do over the next 3 days!
Daily -
Count Calories (1200-1400)
not always but definitely for last 10 days
Max 1 diet coke
ha! not at all. But some days I didn't have DC at all, which is unheard of
6 glasses of water
when I am at the office I have at least 4, so perhaps!
1 Low fat instant choc (40 cals)
yes, if I have one at all.
Weekly-
Go to gym 3 times a week for at least an hour
apart from a week when I was ill I have been 3-4 times a week for 40 mins
Including fighting the FEAR and joining a class.
yes both Dynamic Yoga and Zumba - I suck btw but what the heck!
One night a week with alcohol.
pretty much, also been going to pub and not drinking
I started with 126 lbs and a 27.5 inch waist and wanted to be 120 lbs with a 26 inch waist.
This morning I weighed in at 122! But it might be because I was dehydrated from drinking last night (?), and my waist is 26.5.
I haven't always been so well-behaved as you can see from this:

but I just really want to see 120 before Christmas, which is why I am being mad on-plan. I'm hoping I can do this in 2 weeks.
How is everyone else getting on?
