Same ole, Same ole!!
My diet is on point, I just need to get my lazy butt moving more often! So, plan for Feb is to continue my strength training, but also to get 30 minutes of cardio 5-6x a week! Starting today...

Danni! I'm 53 and I think my metabolism is slow, I can't imagine it being any slower at 64
