Thanks for the welcome, Ilene. Do you really run when it is that cold outside? I am getting ready to go walk the dogs and it is about 45. We did have a cold front come through and it got down to 27 - I do my exercise inside. I must get back into my routine - how easy it is to let one thing (spring cleaning) get in the way. But as this is now my life plan, not just a diet, I keep telling myself that when life happens just get back on track as soon as possible.

I ditched my exercise ticker. Didn't even come close.

In February I'm going to work on getting a nice mix of cardio and weights and I don't know how to quantify that timewise.

What's new for you in February? We could use a new thread, yes?
