I did quads yesterday, a step up thing I found in M&F Hers from Jan 08. They are nicely fatiqued this morning. It's good.

And my weight is sneaking down (by hairbreadths between the lines) ... so that's good too.

Yesterday I did cardio, and today is (was) weights day. I weighed myself yesterday and I was down 2 more lbs, even with AF last week

Good day yesterday - stayed low in cals and got up again this morning for 30 mins on the elliptical. I really need to get out the weight again. I don't know why I keep procrastinating on those.

Abs today. Just abs. There's a couple of ab things I cannot even try ... plank variations. The chiropractor told me I had 'not bad' abs. I guess that's what make's the gal in the magazine a pro.

Man, I am so sore! My trainer is having me try this new program where I lift really heavy and don't do any cardio during our workouts. It's really kicking my butt . I've been walking around like an old woman for days now and a couple of nights ago I even broke out the ice packs.

Then, today I had the bright idea that I should run intervals before my class, which is a combo of high intensity cardio and weights. After not having run for two months, my calves just aren't used to it anymore. Plus between that and the cardio in my class, I'm feeling pretty tired. It felt really good to run the intervals but I think I'm going to sleep well tonight.

I'm hitting peak mileage week for my spring buildup and hitting the weights hard. Friday is normally my rest day but tomorrow I am volunteering at an ultramarathon so I have to get in my saturday run today. I lifted hard yesterday, my legs are already tired. Should be interesting.

You all are doing Great!!

I hit my mini goal of 135 this morning - according to nutridiary I am no longer overfat (healthy weight range = 107 to 135) and am at the top end of a normal BMI.

I was hoping to hit this before the bloat from IVF started. I'll be expecting that next week.

I'm grounded from exercise again since my ovaries are in super-stim mode - but other than the pangs in my sides, I'm feeling great and taking back some of my closet from the too-fat-for-your-closet-monster.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Congrats Tamsie!

Did 30 mins on the elliptical again this morning. I tried some intervals (just picking up the pace for a minute every few minutes) and it about kicked my butt. I worked up quite the sweat (sweating before 7am should be illegal), but I feel like I got a pretty good workout in.

The scale refuses to move, so I went nuts in the gym today. My glutes will kill tomorrow!

I had a couple of off days (unless you can include shopping in heels) But you guys encourage me. I think I'll find something fun and different to do today.

Went to gym with friend... walked fast for 45 min, lifted arms - just for about 15 minutes. One hour.
