Hi girls,
I haven't been doing too great with eating the last few days (not horrible, but calories kinda high). I did go for one hour bike ride yesterday and plan to do an even longer ride today with DH.
Also, went back to school shopping for myself - bought several outfits that I really like and feel good in (good buys too), but alas, all in size 10. I am just holding steady all summer between 138-140 or so. Didn't lose, didn't gain. Buying the clothes in the bigger size makes me feel like I'm accepting it... but I'm not! I know some of the clothes I bought (skirts especially) can be easily taken in if I do get serious and lose the 5 lbs. I NEED to lose. We'll see. At least I have clothes I feel good in to start school.
