Maybe it's just that the weight loss has slowed down a lot or that I'm just eager to get to goal and get myself my reward....or maybe I'm just anxious to see what I'll "look" like at goal but, I am feeling so impatient for weigh in to get here. On top of that I find myself hoping for a big show of decline....

I won't get disappointed if there's nary a pound loss, I have had many weeks with no loss in this journey thus far...but still, I'm hoping for that big loss esp. since I've kicked it up a notch as far as cardio goes.

lekhika, I hear ya! I feel the same way about my weightloss journey. I'm a plateau queen and whenever I do get a drop in pounds, 2-3, I get so excited and crazy. I mean, after a while, I just end up lowering my expectations and learn to accept that it is what it is. So when it does happen, it's like Christmas morning!! Good luck and I hope to hear that your next weigh in will be a couple of pounds down! If not, just know that your week will come if you're consistent and that's a promise!
