saute'ing?
just out of curiosity...is saute'ing onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms OK with 1 tbsp of olive oil?...or is this a no-no?....just trying to look at my range of options...im starting phase 3 on monday...and honestly i have been pretty strict since phase 1...ive pretty much kept to phase 1 all the way through phase 2....now that phase 3 is starting...im feeling like spicing things up a little bit...to make sure my body doesnt get TOO used to the same foods...
