The book says as much water as you want, but no juice...so it feels like a shady spot. Same thing with red potatoes...they're a veggie, but the book says no white potatoes.
DH's definitely on board with me this time (he's got to lose weight for re-enlistment, muahaha) and these are some questions I wasn't able to answer. Right now we're erring on the side of caution, but being able to drink flavored water will help the no-juice rule a lot!
