I know there is no dessert list for phase 2 like the list in phase 3 but I was wondering if there was any harm in having 10 cal jello cups with 35 cal cool whip? I can burn that while washing my face and brushing my teeth haha..
and I do not have the 4 tsp of sugar (i use sweetners) that is allowed per day either so I think I am ok to have a 10 cal jello cup every now and then correct??
Fruit is usually my dessert of course but what do you guys do?
