Default EFS Question

I was reading my EFS book and I noticed that for Day 1, cycle 1 that there is a small salad on the menu. However, I can't find anything in the book that tells me what small is and what is considered large. Can anyone help me?

Thanks

I found that to be really confusing too. I just made what I personally considered to be a "side salad" size instead of a "meal size". It was a judgment call since I couldn't find anything that said specifically how many cups of lettuce, etc.

I just used a small salad plate and did not pile it up. I was also confused. Good luck!
