I am doing the EFS and I accidentally ate meal 3 before 2. Can I eat it after, or do you have to eat them in order? Thanks so much!

Suzanne 3FC it's always something Join Date: Aug 1999 Posts: 11,615	Eat it after EFS is low cal enough without skipping meals, and I'm afraid you'll regret it if you don't eat it all. Good luck
