I don't know if I should be dissapointed or elated, I fell off on friday while only into day 4 of phase one, but I decided to try and hold of to some of the basic principles, I have been watching my portion sizes, getting in my cardio, limiting my carbs but not totally cuting them out, I can't help it I love bread but I've only had whole wheat, watching my sugar intake, eating mostly vegetables, fruits, I have only had fish and shrimp, although one day I did have 1 piece of fried Tilapia, and so much water I've been going like Niagra falls. With all that being said I have lost 8lbs. Also my fridge and pantry looks like a whole food market. I know a lot of people would say that's great you've lost 8lbs, but I feel a little down because this is just one more thing to add to my list of things I did'nt complete.
