Default fat smash no more

I don't know if I should be dissapointed or elated, I fell off on friday while only into day 4 of phase one, but I decided to try and hold of to some of the basic principles, I have been watching my portion sizes, getting in my cardio, limiting my carbs but not totally cuting them out, I can't help it I love bread but I've only had whole wheat, watching my sugar intake, eating mostly vegetables, fruits, I have only had fish and shrimp, although one day I did have 1 piece of fried Tilapia, and so much water I've been going like Niagra falls. With all that being said I have lost 8lbs. Also my fridge and pantry looks like a whole food market. I know a lot of people would say that's great you've lost 8lbs, but I feel a little down because this is just one more thing to add to my list of things I did'nt complete.

Hi konard~

8 lbs is a great accomplishment. You may see the fact that you didn't follow the plan to the letter as one more thing to add to the list of things that you didn't complete... but when I read your post I was thinking about how many good changes that you have made! A lot of us have tweaked this plan to make it work for us. This is my third time on FS. I lost a lot the first time, not so much the second and I am hoping to lose a lot this time. My problem is that I get bored with it. So, maybe I will change it up a bit like you did. I seems to have worked for you. The bottom line is: cut back on calories and you will lose. Wheat bread and fish aren't going to hurt your weight loss efforts. Of course, that is just my opinion. lol.

I cheated less then you and only lost 2 pounds! TWO POUNDS! I have been stuck at 149 for the past three days! And I'm super discouraged because no matter what I do I can't get past 149! I know that once I break 149 I will be so happy! Just like it siad in the book there are those who can fallow the diet exactly and not loose. So girl you are doing so good! Kepp it up!

Ya, I havent cheated at all and have only lost 6 lbs and am on day 7. Dont beat yourself up girl!

... and trust me... I have been eyeing the bread now like a wild cat stalking its prey. lol!
