Default Fat smash diet and eating out

I recently bought Extreme Fat Smash. Wow, it is so restrictive. I have also read many of the post hear in this Fat Smash forum. My question is this. How do you eat out at resturants. It just does not seam possible to find many chouces for these foods if you decide to eat out?

Help me please.

I am on Day 6 of Fat Smash and ate out yesterday.
I ordered a side salad without cheese or croutons with a side of dressing. They did not have any low fat dressing that I like so I ordered regular, but instead of pouring it on my salad I dipped my fork in it before a bite. It was not nearly as much but I still could taste the dressing. I also ordered a side of corn on the cob. It came with some butter already on it so I just wiped off what I could.

I know that my life is always on the go and I have to eat out sometimes due to schedules.
Hope that helped a little.

I just finished Phase 1 and am on my first day of Phase 2. Due to my busy schedule and the fact that I had company in town for the last 3 days of P1, we ended up eating out 2 or 3 times last week. I didn't find eating out too terribly difficult because we chose buffet style restaurants so I could build my own salads and have all the fruits and veggies that I wanted while the rest of my party didn't have to suffer. Also a few times during the work week I went to McDonald's and ordered the Asian Salad with low-fat Sesame and Ginger Dressing. It has lots of soy beans, snow peas, mandarin oranges and chicken but I asked them to take that off. Delicious!!! It seems like Phase 1 went by so fast. I wouldn't mind doing for a few more days because I started my period 3 days ago and retained water. But so far I've lost 5 pounds and am pretty proud of myself for sticking to it!

I'm on day 7 of Detox and could not see how I could eat out. I think in Phase 2 I'll be good to go tho. Just have to watch the portions.

Thanks everyone for your help. This program seems so hard, but i am going to give it a try. One day at a time. I have to go back to the grocery store first. I just finished grocery shopping, but did not take my list. Of course I bought some of the wrong foods. I want to make sure that I have all my ammo when I start day 1.
