Are you in p1 or p2? Red wine is supposed to be good for you
My personal advice would be to see how you do. If you are in p2 and try a glass or two a week and you still lose weight at a rate that works for you, then you are doing well
If you find that it affects your loss, then cut back or eliminate, whichever you feel comfortable with.
I'm a firm believer in tweaking. Some people prefer to stick to a plan rather hardcore and do better that way, but a lot of successful dieters find that they need to make adjustments so the diet fits their lifestyle better.
