Hi everyone,
I am new here to the forum, and I am going to do this!! I just stumbled on this site last nite and love it!! I want to loose about 50 pounds total... I am the biggest i have ever been besides being pregnant.
Any tips would be wonderful!!!

Welcome Glass Girl. we are in similiar situations! Although I have known about this site for a wee bit I am still learning how to take full advantage of it.

What type of diet are you doing? I am using Weight Watchers at home. I used to belong to WW before and had success with it.

I am going to do the Smash Diet, with the Phases... It is hard to keep myself positive thru this, but i am doing it for my daughter and myself..

Hello Glassgirl!! I'm wanting to lose 50 lbs as well!! I am starting the detox on Monday!I keep motivated by pictures that I keep up on my fridge. I've done the Detox portion before and know what to expect, but I need to stay focused and keep going!! I'm glad you decided to make the right decision! We're all here to help you through this!
