Hello everyone. I am need of some major help. I am struggling to make it a full nine days thru Phase 1 and I am really in bad shape. I follow the guidelines for what to eat and when to eat but I end up the same.... hungry.

I was really excited about starting this diet bcz I am vegetarian so I thought it would be easy but it is not. Can anyone please shed light on what I might be doing wrong?

Can anyone give me examples of what you ate/are eating for breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner? Maybe I am just putting foods together wrong? At any rate I am really getting discouraged. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
