Hey all,
This is my first diet ever. I am not sure if I have the will power to get through it but I will do the best I can. I was really just looking for some additional support to help me get through PHASE ONE which will be the most difficult and then it may get easier ( I hope ). I start Monday, wish me well.


Lulu!!! Glad you can join us here. Fat Smash is a great diet. I'm on Day 6 myself! The first two days are the hardest. My advice to you is to drink lots of water, eat every 3 hours until you are full, but not stuffed. Definitely take advantage of the brown rice and oatmeal. They help keep you full. You will find great support from fellow smashers, I know I did!!
This is a great place for support! Phase 1 is the most difficult part of the plan. But, very doable. Good luck to you!
