45 min mixed cardio - elliptical and bike.
50 min various w/ trainer (had to get stitches in my hand today, so instead of my scheduled arms workout we did this weird "whatever you can do without moving your right hand" workout - mostly abs and legs, plus this one shoulder exercise)

Wednesday: off (ugh! 2 days in a row because of school functions and stuff)
today: 40 min elliptical; 20 min treadmill
It felt good to be back in the gym after 2 days off! It's funny how you actually crave it.

I agree LisaMarie being away from the gym or workouts makes me crave it and I feel achy all over when I don't exercise...
Soooo today I got out and ran almost 6k... It was absolutely gorgeous here today so I took advantage of it and went out...
