You might want to check out exercises you can do at home for free, using what you have at home to assist you with weight loss-
http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/index.jsp This is free, and a trainer actually develops a routine based on what you want- if you workout at home, they give you exercises to do at home using items you already have in your house such as cans of soup or a broom. Most of the exercises have pictures as to how to do them.
