Still alternating the C25K program with toning video every other day. Start Week 3 tonight on C25K. After I graduate from the C25K it will be time to add weights to the toning day, I guess.
Only day that I did not get a daily workout done was Saturday. Got in late from ballpark and electricity was out due to storms. Don't want my family to think I'm totally crazy doing crunches by oil lamp :lol: |
OMG - the image of you doing crunches by oil lamp is just too much.
Did my UB/LB weight lifting, which means if this time is anything like last time, I'll be barely walking tomorrow. |
Hi all- walked again today (6/27) despite the continuing downpour.
Miles today- 2.8 Miles total this month- 49.1 Miles over original pledge- 5.1 |
Got inspired and did a 10 minute ab workout - ouch, but good.

Last night - 45 min in the swimming pool. I was having a super-active day.
This morning - 45 min Indian dance, 30 min stability ball, 100 very painful crunches. |
Exercising by oil lamp would be pure dedication. LOL
