I dragged my butt into the gym last night. 3 miles on the elliptical thing. I've had 2 parades the last 2 weekends too, and have been wearing my pedometer every day and trying to go for a walk at work.

haha Ive been a slacker all week and even worse today! (well i did go to the gym) however no walking today... guess that means i better hit it hard this weekend! keep up the good work!!!

I did the 30 Minute Walk this morning, which is 2 miles. Hoping for more later. I am motivated to break some personal records SOON! I have already walked more days in 2006 that in ALL of 2005! Now, I'm going for more MILES in 2006 than in 2005 (I have 26.45 miles to go)! I walked more in March than in January or February, too! Now, all I need is for the weight to start to come off a bit faster--9 pounds in 3 months is OK, but.........
