spring fever!
ahhhh 78 degrees .. just last week i awoke to 29 degrees ... gotta love it... tho i hear the 30's are comming back next week!

Buddha its 80 today... (sowwy) but the weatherman says back to the 30's by wednesday! I took the day off from work today... and me and my walking partner got out there and did 4 miles!!

10 miles if it kills me
I'm doing 10 miles this week if it kills me. :p I totally feel like I slacked off last week. I need to get going again, one way or another, and my cardio/aerobic stuff needs to start taking a priority to playing around with the weights.

I did the 1 mile Power Mile tonight with the new soft weights. It's a busy week, so walks will be shorter, but I'll do them!

Way to go Lesa & Michele :cheer: The weekdays are harder for me as well.. when i get off work i am mentally drained... but if i make myself get out there i feel so much better... Iv'e been trying to make myself get in bed by 9:30 and setting the alarm so i can walk before work .. but it just isnt happening :lol:
I get up by 6:30 but i must not come to life till about 10 hehehe.. |
