Christmas present to myself - Walked 5 miles today!! That brings me up to 71 miles for the month so far, with 14 left to reach my goal of 85! Yay!!!!:carrot: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :clause: :clause:

2 miles of WATP today bringing my december total up to 33.

Do you all think I can include curves in my walking. I spend 45 minutes working out there and every other station is a recovery pad which I walk, kick or do knee lifts on.

Ha! I did 3.25 miles yesterday to compensate for all those extra iced gingerbread cookies I had for Christmas... 54.50 miles to date. We are leaving on Wednesday to Vegas to celebrate New Year's Eve. I'm sure to do some walking there :dancer:
:o Now to stay away from those buffets...

Hey everyone!

My Christmas present to myself was meeting my 75 mile goal on Christmas Eve! :rudolph:

I also did 3 more miles today, so I'm up to 79.5 for the month.

Walked 2.5 miles today, which leaves me with 11.5 to go for the month to meet my 85 mile goal, so I am at 73.5. Yay! :D

Hello EVERYONE,

It has been a while since I have been here. I let an obstacle win for a month or 2, but I'm back now. I'm starting over with my 1-mile WATP vids for now. I did 1mile today and yesterday and felt good getting started again. I gained about half of what I lost before... so I'm encouraged to fight the pounds back off. Glad to be walking with you again!

Welcome back UntilMOMMI :wave: Broken ankle? Ouch! Glad you are recuperated, that couldn't have been fun :(

I am logging 3 miles today, 57.50 for the month. Weighing in at WW today, :crossed: hoping it's only a slight gain or a maintain (best case scenario) because I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have lost this week. :ink:

Anyhoo, leaving for Vegas tomorrow and won't be back until next year. So wishing you all a :newyear:. I'm setting my January goal at 60 miles.

well this totally bites ! ...I have a shin splint so I have been trying to go slower on the treadmill , hard to do.....but I don't think I'll make my goal:(

Thanks to some frustration with DH and DS (grrrrrr), I did the 3 mile Abs tape! I can't even remember the last time I did that one! It felt GOOD! Plus, I'm less than 2 miles from my December goal (even though it's WAAAAAY less than most of your goals)! I haven't reached a walking goal since at least August! Hopefully, it's a sign of what's ahead for 2006!

I added another mile this morning! I woke up and told myself I was going to walk and I DID! It was only the 1 mile Original WATP, but it was something (and I'm less than 1 mile from my December goal!).

I did another 2.12 treadmill miles this morning and I broke through my goal for December!! Maybe I'll aim for 20 by the end of the week........

I just found this thread and would love to join you from January.
I would love the extra motivation to keep me inspired with my walking, at present I either use my treadmill or the WATP tapes but had never thought about tracking my miles.
