Couch to 5k is a program designed to get you from being a couch potato to running 5k (3.1 miles). It's on a site called Cool Runnings, I think, but you can google it. It looks like a great plan if you are interested in running.

Hi ladies, it's been awhile since I posted here. I had my WW weigh-in today and was down -4.8 lbs and that was after Thanksgiving! I had a 3.5 mile walk the morning of, then really watched my portion control and it showed on the scale.

Well, my walking partner (my sis) is on vacation right now so it's just me and the pup. We did 3.5 miles today. I think I will set my goal for December at 40 miles.
