Hi everyone! I got in 2.2 miles at an alzheimers walk on Saturday through the UT Arlington campus. It was great. I hope to get in at least 15 miles this month. It STILL isn't fall in Texas. We had a couple of days but its back up to 93 today. Sounds like you're all on track. Good luck!

Hi ladies,

I would like to join in this month. My goals are in my tracker and include a range of exercises. I have been doing WATP again since January and really like the NuStep at the gym (a recumbent stair climber, easy on the knees) Look forward to wathching folks progress. DCM

Walked 4 miles today. It was stop and go, but 4 miles is 4 miles, I had to go to the school, bank, library and then home, but I saved gas, did everything at once and got my walk in. 17/90 miles accomplished.

Evening Ladies,
I got 3 miles in today. 2 miles at home with my Walk and Kick DVD and 1 mile WATP video with my MH students to calm them down and get them focused for the afternoon.
I did go to TOPS tonight and gained 3/4 of a pound. I think that has a lot to do with my TOM drawing very near. But I will just work harder to get it off and more next week.
Looks like everyone is getting their miles in and getting fitter and healthier.
Have a great evening.

hi guys

I just wanted to post on this post that my goal for this month is going to be 15 miles. I am getting frustrated because I lost 6 pounds right away and haven't lost anything since then, I would love to see some progress here. Good luck to everyone!

Morning Everyone,
Looks like everyone is doing a great job hitting the sidewalks, trails and paths to get their walks in. I was able to do my WATP Express tape this morning. It was 2 miles long. So I have gotten about 15 of my 75 miles done so far this month. Yesterday was a bad eating day for me. I had cravings for pizza and had my dh take me out for some pizza last night for a snack. I only eat 2 small pieces and than stopped. The rest was brought home and I will eat some of it for dinner tonight with a bowl of salad. So that should help me get back on my normal eating schedule and not fall off of it like yesterday.
Hope you are all enjoying this lovely fall weather we are having.
Keep up the great work!
Kerry

Morning Ladies,
I got a 3 mile walk in last night with my dh. It was a very good walk, but humid even at 10:15 at night. This morning I got up and did my 2 mile WATP for the abs video.
Luflic don't feel like you are a slacker. We all have a different pace and levels of fitness. Do what feels right for you don't push yourself too hard or be too hard on yourself. The best thing you are doing is getting out there and walking.
Flower I know what you mean about your legs turning into noodles. I have noticed that my legs are feeling different as the fat is turning into muslce. Keep up the great work!
Have a great day everyone!
