Friday - 45 minutes on elliptical
Saturday - 1 hour ballet; 30 minute walk
Sunday - 30 minutes on elliptical
Monday - nothing
Tuesday - 20 minutes weights; 5 minutes abs; 22 minutes on treadmill (2 miles)

Sorry I haven't been up on my posts. But I did run 1 mile yesterday and I did a short 30 min walk at lunch today. Keep up the good work ya'll!!

Tuesday: UBWO - nice and shaky afterwards plus 1/2 hour (well, really on the elliptical, but there's no icon for that!)

wed=45mins walking dog at the new park. There were armadillos so we chased them. So, I felt really great after that walk/run...
Thursday so far- 15mins of aeorbics 10mins of walking in place

Saturday -- No formal workout, I don't think anyways, unless I get antsy and go to the gym later, BUT I am doing housework, I'm sure that counts for something...

Ilene, it sure does count in my book! I get at least as sweaty hauling the vac between 3 floors!

Got up and went to the gym this moring (DH too ) Did a full body workout as I'd missed legs during the week. Then 30 minutes Did I mention I felt like a noodle when I finished? It's a good feeling though.

Ooooooh the pumkin smillies are back AND tthe dancing banana is now a carrot ... Doesn't take much to excite me now does it?

Yesterday, no workout ... today 2 hours of workout! Cardio, probably running or hills, then LEGS
