Okay. I am new at this whole accountability thing. And I am struggling. But I am here to admit that I didn't run or workout today or yesterday. I am gonna run first thing in the morning though. Thanks for keeping me real.
Thursday I ran for the first time in POURING rain, I mean POURING, for 25 minutes, I feel wonderful... So if anyone has some cheap excuse like "I don't wanna go to a warm, dry gym" Gimme a break, for today anyways ... Later
Friday -- 45 minutes weight training, some core stuff on legs, abs, and triceps... then 30 mins on the treadmill 2.5 miles... then 10 minutes on the bike to cool down...
