Rabbit, I like your idea of hours per week, as opposed to the number of times per week.

This is going to be a strange next 2 weeks for me. I will go to the gym tonight, tomorrow and Thurs. The I leave VERY early Friday morning to spend the weekend with a girlfriend in Portland (shopping counts as exercise, right? ). Sunday I go to Salt Lake City for a week long class for work. The hotel we're in is supposed to have a fitness center and I know they have a pool so I'm taking my exercise stuff (and my laptop so I can check in with y'all). Then Friday afternoon I fly back to Anchorage - and yet another hotel - for a 2 day meeting. I get home Sunday afternoon, and which point I'm certain to be wiped out!

Chiming in - tonight is Jazzercise class. That's about 30 min. of cardio and 15-20 min. of strength training.

Usually try to exercise in the am before work a few days a week, but didn't do it today. Woke up during the night with a sore throat and didn't sleep very soundly after that. Feeling sort of crummy (like I've got a cold or something)...but not crummy enough to skip Jazzercise tonight!

flipafart,

Not being rude... but are you here to lose any weight? What diet do you follow? Where are you from? How old are you? What made you choose the name you use on these boards? Whatever.... can you share something with us? I noticed you put out 100 messages of one liners basically. But nothing more. I am thinking that all would probably like to get to know you.

1 h 40 mins bike today. And my bike had problems: the gear got stuck in the heaviest gear, so it was really strenuous.

Pat, lots of fun on your trip !

Ok.... I have a question. Do you guys count (for those of us that keep track) miles more then minutes/hours? It is easy to count miles with Leslie & WATP, but what if you do other things like Denise Austin or anything else? I am trying to figure out if I should just count time instead of miles because walking the town I watch the clock and don't have a clue on miles, and with all videos except WATP I watch the clock instead of count miles. Which has been best for you?
