If you are a really social person and just getting going with fitness Curves is really great. I didn't like it because it lacked variety and I just wanted to be left alone to sweat in peace. It was little too rah-rah for me.
Kitkat - I do curves 3 times a week. I also have a treadmill and an elliptical at home that I use. I do WATP tapes and Tae Bo. I basically do whatever I feel like doing that day. I work out 6 days a week. Also I used to do Taekwondo. I have a black belt but kind of got out of it. It is an excellent thing to do with your family my husband, daughter and son also did it with me. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
